We try to respond to all questions as quickly as possible.

Our shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. Orders received the day before shipping days will be pushed to the next shipping day. Your tracking will be sent to your email you signed up with. Your orders tracking should update by the day after the shipping date. Orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail and usually takes 1-5 days to deliver. Please reach out if you do not receive your tracking in your email.

Customers that have billing addresses in CA, GA or ID can order spores on our site, but we will not ship it to those states.

No, we do not sell spores for cultivation.

The spores are for microscopy use only.

Cultures are made to order majority of the time and can take around 3-4 weeks to ship. We like to make sure the cultures are nice and healthy before shipping out.
