Leucistic Golden Teacher is a mutation of a variety of Psilocybe cubensis. This variety is said to be pale in color compared to the original variety. First appearing in the 1980s, it is believed to be discovered on a farm in Georgia. It’s a very robust mushroom with big, massive stems. These mushrooms have gills which vary from whitish to purple-brown. Leucistic Golden Teacher units are dark purplish brown to violet brown.
Psilocybe cubensis unit size range 11.5–17 x 8–11 µm(micrometer).

I could see spores perfectly with my little microscope. I really appreciated that they included a slide and a cute little sticker. I didn’t see any contamination in this specimen, just spores. Super cool to look at!
These spore syringes arrived promptly and spore clumps are visible in each. Can’t wait to borrow my friends microscope and have a look at these beauties. Also my wife and I are ginger nuts and have found a new favorite ginger chew. The mango one tastes like beer.
